These teeth humorously comment on the recent popularity of teeth whitening and society's obsession with teeth perfection. I am comparing these teeth to wearable jewelry such as rings or necklaces, but instead the buyer is able to purchase precious metal veneers for different occasions. Recently various rap music artists have begun to display their wealth by wearing gold and diamond teeth or "Grilles". This display of wealth comments on our cultures never ending obsession with gold and it's intrinsic value.
