I am fascinated with the addition of precious metals as decoration- on tea cups, cards, knobs, even some cars. These delicate delineations mimic jewelry. These are things we do not wear directly, but we do handle them. The trace amounts of metal wears away with our touch, and mixes with the general debris of our lives.
