When
my car was broken into and the stereo was stolen, I was drawn to the beauty of
the broken glass while I cleaned up. Concrete was an appropriate way of setting
the glass fragments. In Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) broken car windows were
daily events in the art community, so I was called to clean up and collect
materials for the pieces
